Po\u010das d\u0148a sa s \u0148ou be\u017ene stret\u00e1vaj\u00fa deti a mlad\u00ed \u013eudia, hoci hazardn\u00e9 hry s\u00fa z\u00e1konom vyhraden\u00e9 v\u00fdlu\u010dne osob\u00e1m star\u0161\u00edm ako 18 rokov.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Hazardn\u00e9 hry a ich v\u0161adepr\u00edtomn\u00e1 propag\u00e1cia predstavuj\u00fa v\u00e1\u017ene riziko pre stabilitu rod\u00edn, prispievaj\u00fa k rozvoju z\u00e1vislost\u00ed a k zadl\u017eovaniu mlad\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed. Ochrana det\u00ed a ml\u00e1de\u017ee pred normaliz\u00e1ciou hazardu je vecou verejn\u00e9ho z\u00e1ujmu, prevencie a zodpovednosti spolo\u010dnosti vo\u010di najzranite\u013enej\u0161\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Slovensk\u00fd pr\u00e1vny poriadok u\u017e dnes pozn\u00e1 \u010dasov\u00fa ochranu pred \u0161kodlivou komer\u010dnou komunik\u00e1ciou \u2013 z\u00e1kon o medi\u00e1lnych slu\u017eb\u00e1ch obmedzuje v dennom \u010dase napr\u00edklad komunik\u00e1ciu na alkoholick\u00e9 n\u00e1poje a na erotick\u00fd tovar a slu\u017eby. \u017diadame, aby sa rovnak\u00fd, u\u017e osved\u010den\u00fd princ\u00edp \u010dasovej ochrany vz\u0165ahoval aj na hazardn\u00e9 hry.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Cie\u013eom pet\u00edcie nie je z\u00e1kaz leg\u00e1lneho podnikania ani z\u00e1kaz prev\u00e1dzkovania hazardn\u00fdch hier. Cie\u013eom je primerane obmedzi\u0165 ich propag\u00e1ciu v dennom \u010dase, zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 vystavenie malolet\u00fdch marketingovej komunik\u00e1cii podporuj\u00facej hazard a posilni\u0165 ochranu rod\u00edn a verejn\u00e9ho z\u00e1ujmu.
