Po\u010das d\u0148a sa s \u0148ou be\u017ene stret\u00e1vaj\u00fa deti a mlad\u00ed \u013eudia, hoci hazardn\u00e9 hry s\u00fa z\u00e1konom vyhraden\u00e9 v\u00fdlu\u010dne osob\u00e1m star\u0161\u00edm ako 18 rokov.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Hazardn\u00e9 hry a ich v\u0161adepr\u00edtomn\u00e1 propag\u00e1cia predstavuj\u00fa v\u00e1\u017ene riziko pre stabilitu rod\u00edn, prispievaj\u00fa k rozvoju z\u00e1vislost\u00ed a k zadl\u017eovaniu mlad\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed. Ochrana det\u00ed a ml\u00e1de\u017ee pred normaliz\u00e1ciou hazardu je vecou verejn\u00e9ho z\u00e1ujmu, prevencie a zodpovednosti spolo\u010dnosti vo\u010di najzranite\u013enej\u0161\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Slovensk\u00fd pr\u00e1vny poriadok u\u017e dnes pozn\u00e1 \u010dasov\u00fa ochranu pred \u0161kodlivou komer\u010dnou komunik\u00e1ciou \u2013 z\u00e1kon o medi\u00e1lnych slu\u017eb\u00e1ch obmedzuje v dennom \u010dase napr\u00edklad komunik\u00e1ciu na alkoholick\u00e9 n\u00e1poje a na erotick\u00fd tovar a slu\u017eby. \u017diadame, aby sa rovnak\u00fd, u\u017e osved\u010den\u00fd princ\u00edp \u010dasovej ochrany vz\u0165ahoval aj na hazardn\u00e9 hry.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Cie\u013eom pet\u00edcie nie je z\u00e1kaz leg\u00e1lneho podnikania ani z\u00e1kaz prev\u00e1dzkovania hazardn\u00fdch hier. Cie\u013eom je primerane obmedzi\u0165 ich propag\u00e1ciu v dennom \u010dase, zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 vystavenie malolet\u00fdch marketingovej komunik\u00e1cii podporuj\u00facej hazard a posilni\u0165 ochranu rod\u00edn a verejn\u00e9ho z\u00e1ujmu. Navrhovan\u00e9 opatrenie sleduje legit\u00edmny cie\u013e ochrany malolet\u00fdch a spotrebite\u013eov a je primeran\u00e9 tomuto cie\u013eu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>Preto \u017eiadame, aby sa noveliz\u00e1ciou z\u00e1kona \u010d. 264\/2022 Z. z. o medi\u00e1lnych slu\u017eb\u00e1ch, z\u00e1kona \u010d. 147\/2001 Z. z. o reklame a z\u00e1kona \u010d. 30\/2019 Z. z. o hazardn\u00fdch hr\u00e1ch v \u010dase od 6.00 hod. do 22.00 hod.: a) zak\u00e1zalo propagovanie hazardn\u00fdch hier formou reklamy, sponzorovania a inej medi\u00e1lnej komer\u010dnej komunik\u00e1cie vo vysielan\u00ed telev\u00edznych a rozhlasov\u00fdch programov\u00fdch slu\u017eieb, a b) zabezpe\u010dila rovnocenn\u00e1 a \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1 ochrana malolet\u00fdch pred propagovan\u00edm hazardn\u00fdch hier v audiovizu\u00e1lnych medi\u00e1lnych slu\u017eb\u00e1ch na po\u017eiadanie, na platform\u00e1ch na zdie\u013eanie vide\u00ed, na soci\u00e1lnych sie\u0165ach a v \u010fal\u0161\u00edch digit\u00e1lnych slu\u017eb\u00e1ch dostupn\u00fdch na \u00fazem\u00ed Slovenskej republiky.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>\u017diadame Ministerstvo financi\u00ed Slovenskej republiky a Ministerstvo kult\u00fary Slovenskej republiky, aby sa pet\u00edciou zaoberali v s\u00falade so z\u00e1konom a pripravili alebo podporili legislat\u00edvne rie\u0161enie nap\u013a\u0148aj\u00face uveden\u00fd cie\u013e.<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Peti\u010dn\u00fd v\u00fdbor<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Ing.
